Your Kingsbridge Funding Evaluation membership runs on a 30-day cycle, so your rebill date may shift slightly from month to month. Your account stays active and renews every 30 days until you earn funding or cancel. If you breach a rule — such as exceeding the trailing drawdown or the daily loss limit — your account stays active but becomes ineligible for funding, and will still rebill at the end of the cycle. Kingsbridge does not offer a free reset. To regain eligibility you must reset your account or start a new Evaluation. If you reset before your rebill date, your renewal date adjusts to align with the reset date, and you'll be billed every 30 days from that date going forward.
To end your membership you must cancel it manually. Cancelling your Evaluation — whether by accident or on purpose — is permanent. You won't be able to reactivate that membership and will need to start a new Evaluation.
We stand behind what we offer and will work with you to resolve any issues. That said, if within the first 14 days of your first Kingsbridge Funding purchase you decide we're not the right fit, we'll refund a maximum of one monthly renewal payment for your Evaluation. We just ask for brief feedback on why it didn't work for you.
We don't refund promotional purchases where a code was applied incorrectly, or purchases made outside the promotion's terms and conditions. We also don't refund platform switch requests once the account has any trading activity.
Any disputed rebill charge may be referred to collections, with collection and attorney fees added to the amount owed.
